QB on Unix

I use QB71 a lot for quick and dirty file formats, putting pieces of files together, etc.     Since I work on a Unix (HP-UX) computer for my job I am always ftp'ing files back and forth.    I have tried using Unix shell scripts to do the same thing I can do in QB but shell scripting is very crude at best by comparison.    Here's the question: is there a freeware/shareware version, even a simple one, of QB that will run on HP-UX?    This would greatly increase my productivity.   Please email responses to:   mrandolph@iname.com

There are several emulators for UNIX/Linux.  I use WINE on my Linux box, although I have never attempted DOS based programs.  I do know there is a DOS emulator that come with commercial versions of Linux. Try www.dosemu.org.
