Help Include Library !!!!

HI, i'm italian qb novice programmer! ^_^"
i can't use svgaqb.lib in qb45...why ????
the system give me error in use of link.com !!!
I write this:
LINK /QU SVGAQB/PV.LIB, SVGAQB/PV.QLB, NUL, QUICKQLB.LIB
system answer me this:
FATAL ERROR: /PV OPTION NOT RICOGNIZE
can you help me....?
