Is it possible to get a QB 4.5 manual? We have misplaced ours, and I need to update a program.
An online version would be fine
Thanks

There are lots of QBasic help sites but I have never come across one with an accessible manual. MS issued the manual on floppies with QBasic but to my knowledge never posted it on the Internet.
Amazon might have one but will be pricey if it can be located.
I get through just using the Help facility. If you locate an on-line/downloadable manual please post back
Good luck

Does anyone still have the QB 4.5 manual on floppies? If so, would they consider emailing it, or uploading it to an FTP site?

I have one (paperback) but want to keep it. I would consider scanning
some pages and emailing them but not the entire book (much too long).

FW:
Have you looked at Help on the QuickBASIC ver 4.5? Most people can find just about all they need there. The information they packed into the QuickBASIC Help is tremendos! Do give it a try!

Is this an English version, or German?

Ralph is right, as help files go, the qb4.5 help is pretty good. You may need
the extra directories that come with the installation diskettes (that have sample programs in them) for some of the detail examples.
Overall, it is better than a lot of manuals with lots of examples.
