install and run "qbasic"

how can I download qbasic, install it and run it. I have a fairly new computer with windows XP.
In the Internet Explorer, go to Google, and enter, in its Search window, "QuickBASIC 4.5". You will see numerous offers to let you download the program and its files.
I would make a new directory (folder), with the name, QuickBASIC 4.5, and download the files there.
