Hey umm..... I'm new to this whole QBasic thing... How exactly can you tell the difference between QB45 adn QB87? Umm... I don't know which one I have and just want the better one. I am guessing that QB87 is better that QB45.... right? Anyways, Later! ???

QBasic 4.5 is better than QB87. It seems that 87 is part of the release date, not the version number.
The latest - and final - release is QBX 7.1 (aka PDS - Professional Development System ).
Go to http://www.qbcafe.net/english/, select COMPILERS on the left side's menu bar and download the compiler of your choice ... have fun!
