CTRL+ALT+DELETE in qbasic

is it possible to use CTRL+ALT+DELETE in qbasic?? without enter in windows?

example:

For exit, push CTRL+ALT+DELETE...
i push CTRL+ALT+DELETE

I don't think so, but, you can try Ctrl+Break. That got me out of the endless loop below:

FOR I = 1 TO 2
  I = 1
NEXT I
