QBasic games

I have tried very hard on numerous occasions to download an play QBasic games. The download happens but then I am faced with loads of icons that I don't know what to do with. I am used to Set up as per Windows. Help please

qbasic programs usually do not require setup. Locate a file with the extension .exe, it should have a similar name or initials after the title of the game. This should be the way to start the game, unless, of course, it is uncompiled, thats a whole 'nother ball game....
