Setup.exe file

I have the QB45 on 5.25" disks.
What's wrong with it : the - setup.exe - file is defective for some raison out my mind. Last year I install the qb45 and everything was ok. To prevent any problem, I decide to make a copy and doing this I realize that the first disk gives me trouble to copy the - setup.exe - file or to install qb45 again.

The file listing on screen gives me :
SETUP.EXE 57,909 88-09-28

I would like to know where to get that file from web.
