Come check out [url=http://www.freebasic.net/forum/index.php]FreeBASIC[/url]. The syntax is based on QuickBasic, but it expands to use pointers, operator overloading, etc... The list goes on and on!

No it's a case of keep programming in QB4.5 but then compile it with Freebasic to 32 bit. The Microsoft krrrr over the past years has been yaagh. Freebasic (FBC) started off as a compiler but a couple of other things have been added. (I like this wait for a couple of years before we say something again)
