Try freeBasic! It's the true QBasic compiler for windows. :P

Come check out [url=http://www.freebasic.net/forum/index.php]FreeBASIC[/url]. The syntax is based on QuickBasic, but it expands to use pointers, operator overloading, etc... The list goes on and on!

Could you please stop talking about this? We don'y come to a QB site to hear about Freebie BASIC... or was that Frisbee BASIC? :roll:

No it's a case of keep programming in QB4.5 but then compile it with Freebasic to 32 bit. The Microsoft krrrr over the past years has been yaagh. Freebasic (FBC) started off as a compiler but a couple of other things have been added. (I like this wait for a couple of years before we say something again)
